Surfrider Foundation Europe est une association à but non lucratif, dévouée à la protection et la mise en valeur de l'océan, des vagues et du littoral.
Elle a été créée en 1990 à l'initiative de surfeurs et rassemble aujourd'hui plus de 9000 adhérents et des antennes locales en France et en Europe. Elle possède un double agrément national : Protection de l'Environnement et Education populaire.
