I lost a bet and have to run a marathon.
I tried to register for 2015 but it was too late.
I found this great opportunity to register with fundraising.
I decided to do so for Deutsche Kinderkrebsstiftung

Yesterday was the big day. I ran the Berlin Marathon. Great weather and amazingly supportive crowd.
I completed the marathon in 3:27h (personal goal: 3:30h). Over 41.000 runners started. I came in 6.113th. The training worked out, I gave everything at the race as a proof of my personal investment in the project.
Special thanks to all my supporters along the track!
We also came closer to the goal set for donations. Donations are accepted until end of October. Thanks to all supporters!
