Actually I am not a big runner. But I´ve the caziest running buddy one can imagine (see the picture) and he always forces me to go out and jog with him. From time to time he´s succesfull and we go for a light jog or have at least a brisk walk.
Most probably I never run 6 kilometres all at once before, but I will try my very best as it is for a great cause. So far that´s that what I can do from my side. Now it is up to you. I´ll need at least to raise 300 € to take place in this race. The donations go to an asylum seekers project here in Munich and I personally know that no Euro is wasted. Please help to make their lives a bit easier.

So, und damit meine Mama und Oma es auch verstehen künnen, dass ganze nochmal auf Deutsch:
Ma / Oma, du wirst dich sicherlich wundern, vielleicht auch besorgt sein, dass ich mich sportlich betätigen will - aber ja, ich will das Risiko eingehen. Es ist für einen tollen Zweck ;-) Ich kenne die Mitwirkenden am Flüchtlingsprojekt persönlich und weiß, deshalb das Geld wirklich hilfreich eingesetzt wird. Ich muss mindestens 300 Euro sammeln, damit ich starten darf. Deshalb meine Bitte, leg deine Bedenken bezüglich meiner zwei linken Füße ab und ich zeig dir das ich in einem Stück durchs Ziel laufe.
