To all my friends and family,
I've taken the rather brave decision of running the Paris Semi-Marathon this year, and it will be my very first one. I'm supporting the Association SOS Chrétiens d'Orient which play an incredibly important role in the Middle East : specifically education, medical aid and a general promotion of religious tolerance in the region. I really hope that some of you support this cause with however much you can - just a click, super quick and it will give me that extra motivation when I'm running all those miles ! SOS Chrétiens d'Orient
SOS Chrétiens d'Orient est présente de manière continue en Irak, Syrie, Jordanie, Egypte, Liban, Arménie, Pakistan et en Ethiopie. L'objectif ? Apporter une aide matérielle et un soutien moral aux chrétiens d'Orient. Secours d'urgence, soins médicaux, enracinement et éducation telles sont les missions de l'association dans chacun des 8 pays. Au total plus de 3300 volontaires sont partis en mission avec SOS Chrétiens d'Orient.
