Le 29 Juin prochain, Bertrand et moi prendrons le départ de l'Ironman de Nice : 3,8km de natation en mer, 180km de velo pas vraiment plat et un marathon pour finir ...

Mais ce challenge n'est pas seulement personnel. A cette occasion, nous espérons collecter des fonds pour soutenir la recherche médicale sur le Syndrome de Barth, pour que Raphaël, 5 ans, le fils de notre ami Philippe, ainsi que tous les enfants atteints comme lui par cette maladie puissent un jour rêver de devenir des Ironman !

However this is not only a personal challenge. We seize the opportunity of this once-in-a-lifetime race to raise funds for Ironman fort Barth, a French association funding research on the Barth syndrom, so that Raphael, the 5-years old boy of our friend Philippe and all the children who suffer from this disease, may themselves become Ironmen one day.
