Every minute, 19 tons of plastic waste are dumped into the ocean.
If we do nothing, by 2050, there could be more plastic than fish in our seas.
Yet 80% of this pollution could be avoided with existing, proven solutions.
Supporting Plastic Odyssey means backing concrete action to protect marine life and preserve biodiversity from plastic pollution.
Through its programs, the assocaition trains local recycling entrepreneurs, creates jobs, and deploys efficient recycling solutions where they are needed most.
By 2035, the organization aims to prevent 100,000 tons of plastic waste from reaching the environment, train 50,000 young people, create 5,000 local jobs, and deploy 100 recycling micro-factories.
