Chris and I are cycling 200kms in aid of Cancer Support France. Yes, we are slightly mad and not sure how our nether regions will cope, but it's all for a good cause and to help raise awareness of the terrific work they do here in France.
We will be starting in Carcassonne and over 4 days will cycle along the Canal du Midi all the way to Sete on the Mediterranean Coast.

Last Sunday training session today. Mirepoix to Chalabre and back.
Great to have some company for half the route with Robert and Karen Hendry. Thanks for a delicious lunch. Got back to Mirepoix by 4.30pm.
Such beautiful scenery and heavenly scents with all the bloom out in flower.
