Hello I support Cancer Support France who help English speakers and their loved ones across France who are touched by cancer. This year CSF is running their Activity for Life "Your Way", and I've decided to join in and raise money to help fund the brilliant work they do. Throughout September and October I'll be getting more active : more walking, with and without the dogs, more visits to the gym, a bit more swimming if the weather holds. I might even try a very short flat bike ride if my bike is still roadworthy!
