Médecins Sans Frontières (MSF) provides emergency medical care to people caught in conflict, epidemics, and disasters, often in places where no one else can reach. It treats people based on need alone, and it stays independent by relying largely on donations. Every pound you give helps get medicines, supplies, and skilled staff to people who urgently need them. Any amount makes a difference, and I'm very grateful for your support. Through my job I’ve had the chance to meet patients who’ve fled humanitarian and environmental disasters and with each story of horror comes a story of humanity and that’s where charities like MSF come in - delivering emergency health care in the most extreme situations and often placing their own wellbeing on the line. Meanwhile, I have a baby who doesn't sleep through the night and a return to night shifts on the horizon, so what better way to spend my midlife crisis than running 42.2km for a laugh and a croissant at the end? 🇫🇷🥐
