About a year ago, I took a step back. I slowed down. I invited my body to feel safe. I took up running and discovered that I couldn't go a mile. So, I practiced instead of performing. I fell in love with it and kept going. I want my efforts to be aligned with my intentions. I've signed up for the HOKA Semi de Paris to raise €1,000 for ACTION EDUCATION projects. I'm sure I'll continue to stop and take photos along the way, enjoy the weather and water breaks. This is its own kind of progress. Your involvement creates a direct impact. Choosing to donate or share this page turns this initiative into concrete action. The donation process via Alvarum is simple and completely secure. Thanks for your support! Jamie Hennion
