Over the last six years, I have lost both my parents, which has shown me how important mental health support and having people around you can be during difficult times. I was fortunate to have friends and family who supported me through bereavement, encouraged me to discover new passions and helped me move forward. One of these passions has been running, which I have found incredibly freeing, giving me time to reflect, embrace nature and process. Now living in London, I appreciate how essential a strong support network is, but recognise that not everyone has people they can turn to. This is why I am running the Paris Marathon 2027 for S.O.S Amitié Paris Île-de-France, whose work helps people feel heard and less alone. I would greatly appreciate any donation or support in sharing my fundraising efforts. Every contribution, no matter how small, can help make a difference. Thank you!
