Said to myself that I want to start getting back into Marathon running after a year out off the back of London and Berlin where I ended up with a time I was disappointed with after a really positive training block. The Paris Marathon is a great way to get back into the swing of things and aim high for what I want to achieve looking at the low end of 3 hours. I’ve chosen to run for this charity because heart conditions are something very close to my family. My mum has been dealing with heart conditions for many years and has now a pacemaker because of it, so I understand how much it can affect not only the person going through it but everyone around them aswell. Knowing that this charity supports children who are living with heart conditions makes it even more important. No child should face that challenges that comes with it, and I would love to be able to raise money and awareness to help and support those that are in need to give them opportunities they deserve.
