MSF is an organization that provides emergency medical aid in response to global natural disasters, conflict, and epidemics. Every mile run and euro raised translates directly into field medicine, where the funds support emergency surgeries in conflict zones, rapid response in natural disasters, and critical treatments for outbreaks like Ebola or cholera. I chose to run for MSF because it’s money and resources go directly to the people who need it most; where the medical need is the greatest, independent of political or economic powers around the world. This is incredibly important to me when we live in an age where things like lifesaving healthcare have become increasingly politicized. Thank you for supporting my efforts to raise over €400 for those around the world that need it. One day that person could be you. See you in Paris!
