I am taking on the Paris Marathon to raise vital funds for global humanitarian relief. As someone born in Ukraine, watching the ongoing crisis in my birthplace has been a deep personal inspiration for me to take action and give back. I chose to run for CARE France because their global mission specializes in helping families facing exactly these kinds of devastating conflicts and displacements worldwide. For Americans, the CARE name carries a legendary history. Founded in the U.S. in 1945 to send life-saving packages to a war torn Europe, CARE has spent over 80 years providing global solidarity. Today, CARE France carries that exact same torch, stepping into crisis situations across the globe to deliver emergency relief, clean water, hygiene kits, and financial aid to displaced families. While my personal inspiration comes from Ukraine, your donation supports CARE’s broader, life-saving mission to bring hope and critical resources to people enduring severe humanitarian crises around the world. My goal is to raise at least €420 to unlock my official race bib: €50 can help provide emergency hygiene kits to families in crisis. €100 can contribute to vital support for women and children in displaced communities. €150 can help supply clean drinking water to cut-off areas. When the miles get tough in Paris, knowing this effort supports global relief on the ground will push me to the finish line. I would greatly appreciate if you could help me in my fundraising efforts by making a donation to CARE France or bringing awareness around my fundraising efforts. There are no small donations. Donations are processed through Alvarum. It is very easy and 100% secure. Thank you for your generosity! Alexander Trakhtman
