21.1 km for a cause close to my heart 🐾❤️ Paris 2027 will be my very first half marathon – a personal challenge that has now become something much bigger than just crossing a finish line. Dogs have always held a very special place in my heart. They are a huge part of my everyday life and also at the heart of ALECOO , the dog accessories brand I founded. Through my own dog, Cookie, I experience every day how much love, trust and joy a dog can bring into our lives. And this is exactly why the work of HANDI’CHIENS touched me so deeply. HANDI’CHIENS educates assistance dogs that support children and adults with disabilities, helping them gain greater independence, confidence and freedom in their everyday lives. To me, it is an incredible example of just how powerful the bond between humans and dogs can be. So on 7 March 2027 , I won’t just be running 21.1 km through Paris for myself. I’ll be running for HANDI’CHIENS – and for the extraordinary difference a dog can make in someone’s life. Over the coming months, I’ll be sharing my road to Paris with the ALECOO community , and we’re already thinking of special ways to use our brand and our love for dogs to support this cause and raise as much as we possibly can.
