Liebe Freunde! Dear Friends! (For english version please see below)

Seit meinem letzten Halbmarathon sind schon 7 Monate vergangen. Seid dem geht meine Trainingsleistung gegen Null. Ich fühle mich wie ein Wrack! :o Ohne ein neues Ziel wird sich das auch sicher nicht ändern...bin halt einfach gestrickt. Deshalb wollte ich mich für den Halbmarathon in Berlin (März 2015) anmelden. Leider sind schon alle Startplätze vergeben. Hab die Anmeldung mal wieder auf die lange Bank geschoben.

Jetzt gibt es 2 Möglichkeiten...weiter nichts tun (darin hab ich Übung) ODER über diese Spendensammlung noch einen Startplatz ergattern. Wie Ihr seht habe ich mich für die Zweite Variante entschieden. Mit Eurer Spende tut Ihr doppelt Gutes...Ihr unterstützt die Deutsche Kinderkrebsstiftung (http://www.deutschekinderkrebsstiftung.de) und motiviert mich die Couch zu verlassen. Wer möchte kann es natürlich auch als einen Arschtritt für mich verstehen! :)

Wie auch immer, ich würde mich sehr über Eure Spenden an die Deutsche Kinderkrebsstiftung freuen. Keine Spende ist zu klein. Jeder Euro geht direkt an die Organisation. Die Administrationskosten für Alvarum zahle ich. Spenden werden von Alvarum abgewickelt.

Dear Friends!

My last half-marathon is already 7 months ago. Since then my exercising efforts are going against zero. My body says this is not good at all! :o This will not change without me having a new goal...my brain is quite simple in that regard. :) That's why I wanted to register for the Berlin half-marathon in March. As usual I was waiting to long and unfortunately the event is already fully booked.

Now there are two options...stay on the couch doing nothing (that's what I'm very good in) OR to receive a starting place by initiating this donation. As you can see I've choosen option no. 2. With your donation you're supporting to good things...the "Deutsche Kinderkrebsstiftung" (http://www.deutschekinderkrebsstiftung.de) and you motivate me leaving the couch. Who wants to, can also consider this as a hit in my ass.

However, I would be very grateful for your donations to the "Deutsche Kinderkrebsstiftung". No donation is to small! Every Euro will directly go to the organisation. The administration charges for Alvarum are on me. Donations are collected by Alvarum. It is simple and 100% secure.
