Bijna iedereen kent de blauw-rode blokkendoos langs de A10 op de Amsterdamse Zuidas: het onderzoekslaboratorium van VUmc Cancer Center Amsterdam (VUmc CCA). Maar niet iedereen weet dat in deze blokkendoos dagelijks onderzoek wordt gedaan naar nieuwe behandelingen en medicijnen tegen kanker. Het is onze missie om een doorbraak te forceren: innovatieve behandelingen ontwikkelen om voor iedereen met kanker, een medicijn op maat te hebben.
Tata Consultancy Services (TCS), de hoofdsponsor van de TCS Amsterdam marathon, steunt VUmc CCA. Samen met hoofdsponsor TCS en organisator Le Champion zetten 'onze' onderzoekers en artsen hun beste beentje voor in de strijd tegen kanker.
