30 km - that is the furthest distance I have ever done so far. Surprisingly, I didnt feel it the next day. Let's see if I can make those 42km in September. Currently I am focusing on sprints and increasing my average pace. Wish me good luck and big thank you to everyone who has been involved so far!!

World Vision trägt das DZI-Spenden-Siegel und wurde von Spiegel Online 2014 als Transparenzsieger ausgezeichnet. Alvarum erhält 5% + 1,9% Transaktionsgebühren der hier gesammelten Spenden. Ab 25 € wird eine Zuwendungsbestätigung ausgestellt.
