Hello!
I am a recent graduate of Harvard and an incoming Fulbright fellow at Freie Universität zu Berlin. As an art history major focusing on interwar German and French art, I have always been fascinated by Berlin. I spent last summer in the city, doing thesis research and studying German. But as much as I enjoyed spending time in the museums, I became increasingly aware of the refugee crisis unfolding in the city. As a way to give back, I decided to run for World Vision, a charity that focuses on helping children in need. It has been one of the leading NGOs in Germany that provides shelter, food, and basic supplies to displaced Syrian families. Thanks for your generosity--any amount helps!

World Vision ist ein Kinderhilfswerk mit den Arbeitsschwerpunkten nachhaltige Entwicklungszusammenarbeit, Katastrophenhilfe und entwicklungspolitische Anwaltschaftsarbeit. World Vision trägt das DZI-Spenden-Siegel und wurde von Spiegel Online 2014 als Transparenzsieger ausgezeichnet. Alvarum erhält 5% + 1,9% Transaktionsgebühren der hier gesammelten Spenden. Ab 25 € wird eine Zuwendungsbestätigung ausgestellt.
